Overview
This modern villa is a fantastic family property on a popular community. Spacious accommodation over 2 floors comprises:
Open plan lounge/diner with ample seating, double sofa bed, Satellite TV and with large corner patio windows opening onto sunny terrace overlooking the lava rock garden, Galley style kitchen with excellent range of facilities including dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezer. A twin bedroom is also located on this level plus a handy shower room.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and each boasting its own private terrace (one furnished terrace, a super spot for getting away from it all and taking in the views) both with views across the surrounding area to the coast. Living area and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
The outside space is generous and includes: Ground floor wrap around terrace with dining table and sun shade, ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying a BBQ, this leads to funky "volcanic garden". Two upper terraces and a large roof terrace with 360 degree views. The communal areas include a large freeform pool with decked surround, changing facilities and gardens with water features.
Also available for use of guests is a large integral private double garage and storage area, remote control access, making the villa easily accessible and useful after a shopping trip, also a storage room, perfect for golf clubs, beach toys etc.
The beaches of Puerto Rey, Vera are just a short drive and a large supermarket is located next to the complex.

Vera Playa is home to 8 kilometres of white, sandy beaches boasting the European Blue Flag, offering shallow bathing, ideal for families of all ages. If you can drag yourself away from the beach, hours of fun can be spent at Vera's Waterpark which offers a splashtastic selection of waterslides, wave pools and other attractions.
For the more adventurous, Vera also boasts the only naturist beach in the area which is clearly defined to the north of the beach area.
Close to the beach area is the recently opened sports centre offering a range of facilities including; golf driving range, paddle tennis, pitch and putt, gymnasium and cafe and restaurant.
Vera Town is a large vibrant area with a long history and rich heritage offering a taste of real Spain, with its impressive bullring, markets, shops and a typical Andalucian town square in the shadow of the imposing 16th century church. Recent years have seen regeneration of the old quarter and many of the older historical buildings, and with new cafes, bars and restaurants opening, Vera Town now provides some excellent dining options, some of which are noted in top Spanish Eating Guides.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
