Overview
3 bedroom brand new duplex apartment with sun terrace and patio. On a private gated development with 3 communal pools and sports/leisure facilities. 5 mins drive from the nearest beaches at Vera Playa. 15 mins walk from various restaurants, bars and cafes.
This development, has been built and furnished to a high standard. The residential areas are separated by beautiful walkways and fountains with seating for relaxation. There are 2 large communal pools and a separate children's splash pool surrounded by large landscaped areas with palm trees which provides shaded areas. Al Andalus Thalassa is suitable for summer and winter breaks as it also boasts an indoor spa/gym facilities with heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and hydro-massage showers. Other facilities include a tennis court and a well equipped children's play area. Our duplex apartment includes all the added extras you will need to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The property is air conditioned and furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings comprising living/dining area, kitchen with utility area, 1 double 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms with bidet.
The living/dining room comes complete with traditional Spanish style furniture, flat screen LCD TV, DVD player, settee, coffee table, dining table that seats 6 and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out onto a private patio and small front garden.
Bedroom 1. Double room on 1st floor, patio doors to terrace. Air con, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets/lamps.
Bedroom 2. Twin room on 1st floor, wardrobe and bedside table/lamp.
Bedroom 3. Twin room on ground floor, wardrobe and bedside table/lamp.
Bathroom 1 on 1st floor with bath and shower, WC, sink with vanity unit and bidet.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven and grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Also comes with numerous cooking utensils and crockery for 6.
The Utility area is accessed via kitchen housing the water heater, washing machine, clothes airer and storage unit.
Towels and linen are provide. For 2 week bookings, towels and linen will be changed after 7 days. The property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival and at the end of your stay.
