A very well presented modern apartment on a small well maintained complex with communal pool including childrens pool, playground and gardens.The apartment is ideally located for family holidays as the pool and playground can both be viewed from the apartment.The apartment has lounge diner with sofa bed, tv, DVD, CD player. Modern fitted kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and utility area with washing machine. The master bedroom is bright and airy and has patio windows leading onto fron terrace, the en suite full bathroom has lovely modern tiling. The twin room also has patio windows opening onto private rear terrace and shares a further family shower room.The lounge and both bedrooms have air conditioning which also offers heating during winter months.To the front of the apartment is a good sized sunny south east facing terrace with enclosed secure garden area paved and planted with shrubs.Parking is close to the property, although a secure underground space can also be made available.

Location & area

Vera Playa/Puerto Rey is home to 8 kilometres of white, sandy beaches boasting the European Blue Flag, offering shallow bathing, ideal for families of all ages. If you can drag yourself away from the beach, hours of fun can be spent at Vera's Waterpark which offers a “splashtastic” selection of waterslides, wave pools and other attractions.



For the more adventurous, Vera also boasts the only “naturist beach” in the area which is clearly defined to the north of the beach area.



Close to the beach area is the recently opened sports centre offering a range of facilities including; golf driving range, paddle tennis, pitch and putt, gymnasium and café and restaurant.



Vera Town is a large vibrant area with a long history and rich heritage offering a taste of “real Spain”, with its impressive bullring, markets, shops and a typical Andalucian town square in the shadow of the imposing 16th century church. Recent years have seen regeneration of the old quarter and many of the older historical buildings, and with new cafes, bars and restaurants opening, Vera Town now provides some excellent dining options, some of which are noted in top Spanish Eating Guides.
