Overview

A spacious country house in a tranquil rural location, just a ten minute drive from the popular resort of Mojacar.
You can chill out round the pool or make the occasional sortie down to the beach at Garrucha, just a ten minute drive away, or to one of the several Blue Flag beaches at Mojacar or the Aqua Park or Naturist beach at Vera Playa just a bit further.
But you may find the peace and tranquility just too seductive and decide instead to lounge around the pool and cook up a barbecue. Then you can sit on the underwater bench at the end of the pool sipping a sundowner as you watch the spectacular sunset.

Location & area

Las Tortugas is located 3 kilometers from exit 529 on the E15 Motorway, close to the Valle del Este golf course where there is also a hotel and small comercial centre. Shops, restaurants, banks and beach are all within 10 minutes. Go Karts at Garrucha 10 minutes, Aqua Park at Vera 15 minutes. Cabo de Gata Natural Park with its wonderful unspoiled beaches 30 minutes.

Four large bedrooms, three ensuite plus large family bathroom. One double bedrooms and three with beds that can be either twin or large doubles. Normally just one of these is made up as twins but there is no problem in changing this. Possibility of 2 z-beds for children up to 12 in upstairs sitting room (supplement €50/bed/week). Two sitting rooms, separate dining room and two fully equipped kitchens. Sufficient outside furniture for up to 10 people.
Linens and towels provided, changed weekly. Pool towels also supplied (not changed during stay). Cleaning service available by prior arrangement with supplement.
