Overview
The fully equipped apartment is located between Vera and Garrucha on the beautiful Costa Almeria in South Eastern Spain. The complex is secure with electronic gate entrance, dedicated parking a tennis court and children's play area.
The apartment does not face the communal pool but is 30 seconds away. The complex has pleasant green areas, walkways and seating that is clean and tidy regularly attended by staff employed by the complex. Local activities include bars, restraunts, beaches, 4 golf courses, aqua park, horse riding, scuba diving and lots more.
The local area is steeped in Spanish history and culture.
A car is recommended although local transport is available. Almeria airport is 45 minutes away, Murcia airport 2 hours approx with Alicante similar.

The old town of Vera is close by,it is still mainly Spanish with lovely old churches etc.It also has a Bull ring that is still used today. The beach resorts of Garrucha, Mojacar and Villaricos are all close by. Miles of excellent beaches are within easy walking distance.The world renowned naturist beach at Vera Playa is 15 minutes drive away for clients so inclined.
