Overview

Complete modern casa in the historic center of Valencia. It is located just steps from all of the major sites and attractions in Valencia. It is the perfect location for a short stay here. It is next to great bars and restaurants, museums and is right next to the Turia River Gardens.
The house was completely renovated this year. It is a modern design with many of the original stone and wood details. You enter the Salon. It has original stone and brick details, built in couches, a fireplace, TV with digital channels, a dvd player and wifi internet access.
The first floor is the kitchen and a half bath. It has a balcony overlooking the street, washing machine and a microwave. All appliances are new this year and it comes with all kitchenware.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms each with double beds and each with a bath ensuite. All linens including oversize bath sheets are provided. There is also a small balcony overlooking the street which has views to remains of the Muslim wall.
For a quick Romantic getaway or an extended business stay this is the perfect property in the perfect location with all the amenities you desire
