Overview

Our house is situated north of Valencia,lying close to the villages of Torres-Torres and Algimia de Alfara.Within easy reach of the house there is something for everyone-blue flag beaches,impressive Roman ruins,traditional villages,mountain spa towns and the delightful city of Valencia which offers an interesting historic centre, fantastic science centre and oceanographic, wide selection of eating places and excellent shopping.
The house is on one level and comprises lounge/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and three double bedrooms.It is surrounded by terraces and on the upper terrace you will find the private swimming pool.The house is set on a spacious 1000metre plot, has a variety of fruit trees and a grapevine running the length of the house. There is a large fig tree under which it is delightful to sit enjoying lunch in the shade or an evening meal by candlelight.

There is easy access to A23 (junction about 2 Km from house) and to all coastal resorts the length of Costa Blanca and Costa del Azahar.An early start would take you for a day trip to Port Aventura in Salou or Terra Mitica in Benidorm. A car is essential. Nearest town of Segorbe is 10Km and Sagunto 10Km. The house is approx. 30minute drive from Valencia airport.
