The apartment is in easy distance of city centre, beach, the new Formula 1 circuit, bus services and taxis are on the doorstep. There is a great selection of restaurants and bars near the apartment.
The apartment has a large living room, private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3bathrooms and it can easily sleeps 7.
The large living room has a luxurious sofa, DVD player, a business center with desk and work light, sliding door glass to the balcony. Dining room is equipped with a beautiful glass and aluminum dining table to accommodate 6 people. There is a spacious balcony with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes,coffee maker,toaster,pots and pans,blender..and all cooking ustensils and it has a build-in breakfast area and it also has a washing machine and clothes dryer.
