Lovely tranquil setting with the Sierra Nevada as a backdrop, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, main bedroom has en-suite, second bedroom has two single bed with bathroom next door, american style kitchen with breakfast bar, sunny lounge with large sofa (will turn into sofabed) fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, lounge- large coffee table and tv/sat/video/cd player. Games and colouring books for children, lilos,body boards to take to the beach, large south facing patio with table chairs and several loungers. Private gated pool for resident's only.double fitted wardrobe in main bedroom, double wardrobe in 2nd bedroom.we are on the cusp of the Costa del Sol and the Costa Tropical, 7 minutes from Nerja,many golf courses nearby, scuba diving,walking,sailing, skiing in the sierra nevada an hour away. On the complex are tennis courts, childrens playground, pub,3 restaurants for eating, drinking or just a cappupchino.supermarket, internet cafe.40 minutes from malaga airport, 20 minutes to Salobrena & Almunecar over 50 miles of beaches and coastline to choose from. 10 minutes to the famous Nerja caves. Mobile air conditioning.This part of spain is known as the 'califonia of spain' as the temperature never drops below 17 derees even in the winter

The apartment is located at the very back of the complex, therefore no traffic as such although the whole complex itself is very quiet, situated 10 min walk to several beaches and promenade, 5 min walk to the main centre on complex for shops and restaurants, although we reccomend a car as there is so much to see and do if you so wish
