Overview

You are looking at the opportunity to rent this gorgeous 2 bedroom detached villa which is situated in a lovely cul-de-sac on the La Siesta/San Luis border. It is mostly south-facing so has the sun shining of the front of the house & pool most of the day and it looks out onto a lovely view of the salt lakes of Torrevieja.
This whole property contains a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, it has been split into 2 completely separate 2 bedroom properties. The basement flat (the section of the villa with stone walls) is where I now live with my 2 kids & the dog & cat. The main villa (with white walls) is to be rented out for holiday lets. Myself and my kids wouldn't get in your way at all...you'd just see us coming and going. The kids will be at school most of the day (except for summer & christmas period) and I will probably be busy working much of the time.There is a very large 29 foot long swimming pool in the front garden which would be shared between my family and the guests renting the main villa so I call it semi-private......but we will hardly be using it, so much of the time the guests will have it to themselves. This villa can accommodate 4 people + an infant with the existing bed's within the property as this is the number of people that we recommend. However, we may be able to accommodate a slightly larger group (maybe an extra child), as we may be able to supply a guest bed (subject to availability).This property has air-conditioning located in the hallway which is available as an extra option. Although I don't think it would be needed as the property is in an elevated location and catches a lovely breeze with the windows or front & back doors open. The villa has just been fitted with it's own satellite dish providing the following channels:
BBC1, ITV 123+4, Ch4+1, E4, More4, Ch5, Fiver, FiveUSA, Sky3, True Movies1+2, Movies4men 1+2, Simply movies, World Movies, Film 24, Zone Horror, Zone thriller, SkyNews , BBC News, aprx 14 music-video channels (Fizz,Bliss,Vault,Flava,Scuzz etc), several kids channels (Citv, Pop, Tiny-Pop, Pop-Girl, Kix) plus many of the speciality channels (religion, shopping, dating, gambling etc).
