Overview

Ideally located just a a couple of hundred metres from the commercial centres of Punta Marina and Punta Prima, and a short walk from the white sandy Punta Prima beach. The sandy cove of Rocio with the Nautilus beach bar is even closer.


Punta Prima is a beautiful coastal resort located a few kilometres south of Torrevieja, about 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 25 minutes or so from Murcia airport (San Javier).


The property benefits from air conditioning and Satellite TV, and has a private patio area and garden to the front.


Several high quality golf courses are within a 15 minute drive of the apartment as are half a dozen Blue Flag beaches.


The famous fishing port of Torrevieja with its modern sea-front and harbour is a shoppers paradise. As well as the old town shops and seafront bars and restaurants, on the edge of town the new 'Habernas' shopping Mall is sited next to a giant Carrefour hypermarket, a leisure complex including a cinema, bowling alley, clubs, restaurants and bars and a nearby Water Park.

In more detail:

In the main area of this air-conditioned apartment you have the lounge area which is equipped with two double settees one of which is a sofa bed, TV with UK channels and including a DVD player, CD/radio player, coffee table.


The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. Quality furniture is used throughout. The patio doors lead on to the large raised terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, and overlooks the lawned garden.


The patio area has built-in down lighters to provide ambient lighting for your evening drinks when the sun has gone down.


The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. It also offers a coffee maker and juicer along with a tea pot (not always available in Spain). All utensils and crockery and cutlery, for up to six people, are on hand as you would expect. The back door leads out to a small interior patio, ideal as a drying area in the summer.


Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps and a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. En-Suite with bath, shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The apartment is on the ground floor but there are three steps to the front door and four from the patio to the lawn which may prove difficult for wheelchair users.


All house linen provided, please bring your own beach towels. The apartment is strictly no smoking inside.


Outside:

From the dining area you have patio doors leading to a shady terrace with a table and chairs and steps down to a the lawned garden equipped with sun loungers. The beautiful Communal Pool and lawned garden is a one minute walk just around the corner from the apartment.

Nearest Beaches: Punta Prima and Rocio - 3 minutes by car. La Zenia, Capo Roig and Campoamor 5-15 minutes by car.

Getting About: Local shops, bars restaurants, banks are all within walking distance.
