Overview
You are looking at a lovely upper-duplex apartment with optional Air conditioning and a communal pool. This property boasts Panoramic views of the Torrevieja salt lakes and the natural lakes of La Mata as well as having a front open-aspect outlook onto natural park reserve which is undisturbed. It comfortably sleeps 4, or even 5 if one is a child under 2 as a cot is available free of charge. It is situated on a small urbanisation area called San Luis in Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.
The living area has sliding patio doors which lead out onto a balcony which has a table and chairs for outside dining. The balcony overlooks the natural parkland reserve and has a lovely view of the sunset in the evening. You can also just see the pool when looking to the left of the balcony. There is a 3 seater sofa and a whicker chair as well as a colour Television, DVD player and small music system with cd player. Cable TV provides many English channels including: BBC1, BBC2,ITV1234,CH4, E4, CH5, Movie channels, Disney Channel, TinyPop, Sky News, Music Video channels + more!! Its like a home from home!! you never have to miss Eastenders!
There are 2 bedrooms: The main bedroom faces the front of the property so has the same view as the balcony. It has a huge superking sized bed which is 6ft wide! It has a large built in wardrobe as well as bedside cabinets and a dressing table area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and also contains a fitted wardrobe which provides plenty of storage space.
The open-plan American-style kitched is fitted with modern white units and comes fully equipped with all the usual appliances such as: fridge-freezer, electric oven & hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and numerous kitchen utensils and accessories. There's a dining table and chairs next to the kitchen if you prefer to dine inside.
In the bathroom, the bath has been removed and replaced with a large walk-in shower with sliding doors (large enough for all of you at once!). There is also a wash basin, loo and storage cabinets for toiletries etc.
Outside the front door is a flight of steps which leads to the huge private roof terrace/solarium where you can enjoy the Panoramic views as well as benefit from the sunshine all day. There is a huge sliding gazebo should you wish to have some shade from the sun. A table and chairs is supplied and there's plenty of room for sunbathing!
Just a few steps away from the apartment is the communal pool which is open all year round from 10am to 10pm. The pool can be seen from the balcony when looking to the left.
This is a gorgeous apartment which is beautifully decorated to modern tastes. There are mosquito nets and shutters on the windows and patio doors and it is fully equipped to provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. There are parking spaces outside the apartment. And the property also benefits from having security grilles/shutters at entry points to the property.
There will be a supply of bedding and towels for your use. But you will need to take your own beach towels.
Please note: There is a flight of steps to enter this property and another flight of steps to get up to the roof terrace. There are no steps once inside the apartment though.

Situated approx 30 miles from Alicante airport and 26 miles from Murcia (San Javier) airport, Torrevieja is a very lively, bustling Town with very good infrastructure including medical centres, bars, banks, shops and a wide selection of affordable restaurants and bars. It's working port and two marinas make interesting boat trips and fishing a must for sea lovers. Torrevieja itself is a genuine Spanish Town with small alleys to explore, a wide variety of restaurants to enjoy along with a picturesque promenade along the sea front.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
