This property is one of our best, the property is based at the Campoamor area which is known for its golf, the property is set in a quiet area although is within walking distance to Aldi, bars and eateries, The property consists of two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge, you have english tv and two terraces, the lounge doors open out to the first terrace area looking out onto the pool area, then up the stairs you can use the roof terrace with amazing veiws and bbq the roof is very private and great for relaxing in the sun. The property offers the use of garden furniture including four patio chairs and table along with four sun loungers. At a bargain price due to this property only recently coming to us and wanting to gain an interest and feedback.

The property is in a perfect location as it is very local to murcia airport, the property is within five minutes drive to Campoamor beach of which is full in the summer of spanish and other nationalities,you will find beach bars and a clinbing frame for the kids, you can enjoy the shallow water in the summer months and the security of knowing the lifeguards are on site during high season. The golf courses are within a five minute drive, you can find all kinds of things to do with use of a car touyrist information will be within the property, the mud baths of the mar menor are wthin 20 minutes drive where you can plaster the mud on your skin and feel its goodness working, then wash off and bath in the mar menor a great experiance just to go and watch the spanish doing this, There are more active tings to do such as water sports and water parks zoos etc, please request any specific information as i am always happy to help.
