Overview

The property consists of two bedrooms lounge kitchen bathroom and shower room. There is a terrace with garden furniture, Step down onto a good sized tiled area suitable for children to play or family to sit and soak up the sun in this relaxing area. Step out of the gate and take in the views across the mountains of Orihuela. There are lots to do in the area there is a bus service of which takes you around the local area, the bus does take you to a point where you can get on a secon bus taking you to Torrevieja etc. In the apartment you have sky TV, DVD player. There is a community pool of which is grassed with trees. There is space for parking your car directly in front of the property. Baby equipment is available for hire, along with bikes and mobility equipment. Golf tours and fishing trips can be arranged along with scuba diving sessions and caving trips etc. Close by in Playa Flamenca you will find the large Saturday street market places to eat and bars. Investigate further, Torrevieja town, The mud baths of the Mar Menor, Salt lakes, Golf courses or attractions such as the Water park. If you like a little more excitement you can enjoy water sports on a near by beach or drive to Benidorm to the Terra Mitica theme park. To take that extra worry away we have made up a visitor pack with information on the area and attractions. We have also placed detailed directions to the medical services such as the health centre, Hospital and Pharmacy

The property is located near to Villa Martin, Only a ten minute drive and you can be at the golf course or at Torrevieja town, Five minutes bus ride and you can be at the local market on a Saturday. You can use the bus to get within five minutes walk to the beach of Playa Flamenca. With use of a car or the local transport you can find the salt lakes historic towns and the mud baths. Or you can stay at the apartment relax and soak up the sun. either round the two pools or in the front garden area
