Casa Rose is a typical 3 bedroom Spanish townhouse in central Torrvieja.It sleeps 6 and has a separate kitchen, front shaded patio with built in bbq, downstairs cloak, master bedroom with delightful balcony and a private roof solarium. There is also a communal swimming pool for the exlusive use of residents and their guests. The nearest Blue Flag beach is only 10 minutes walk and as Casa Rose is so ideally located there is no need to hire a car unless you wish to explore further afield. A meet and greet service can be arranged at either Alicante or Murcia Airports, each being approximately 40 minutes away. The rental for Casa Rose is for the house and not per person. It is fully inclusive of all cleaning, laundry, utilities and welcome pack - there are no hidden extras!

Location & area

Torrevieja, a seaside town lying to the south of Alicante (approximately 35 min drive), is surrounded by two large and beautiful natural salt-water lagoons, which form the ‘Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja’ Nature Park. Both these expanses of water, of recognized ecological value, occupy more than half the municipal district to create a particularly healthy micro climate that has been recommended by medical specialists the world over.

The coast consists of fine-sand beaches and secluded inlets.



The area enjoys all year round sunshine and is easily accessible via low cost airlines to Alicante and Murcia airports. For a reasonable charge a meet and greet airport transfer service can be arranged on your behalf therefore car hire is not essential.

Casa Rose is ideally located with numerous excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets within close proximity. The nearest Blue Flag beaches, Playa del Cura and Playa de los Locos are both a 10 minute walk. The town centre of Torrevieja is a 15 minute walk away – here you will find many shops, bars, restaurants, banks etc. There is a delightful traffic free promenade and marina - just take a seat at many of the bars and just watch the world go by. There is a craft market along the promenade all year round as well as the large extensive market held every Friday which is held a very short walk from Casa Rose.

Casa Rose is a spacious 3 bedroom Spanish townhouse arranged over three floors. Car hire is not essential as it is ideally located near all amenities. It is in a residential area (not urbanization) which has a mixture of both English and Spanish residents. The three bedrooms consist of one double with balcony and two twins (sleeping 6). There is a recently refurbished family shower room and downstairs cloakroom. It has a fully fitted separate kitchen with outdoor utility area. For your enjoyment there is English Sat t.v. with approx 40 channels and radio stations. Casa Rose also benefits from a shaded front patio with built-in BBQ, table and chairs and a private rooftop solarium. Within a very short walk there is a gated communal pool (seasonal) for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. The rental rate is for the house and includes all utilities and welcome pack - no hidden extras!

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
