The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a chair bed and a fold-up bed, enabling 4 persons to sleep comfortably. There is a large wardrobe/cupboard and chest of drawers, safe, ceiling fan, standing fan and sliding doors onto the balcony. The upstairs bathroom has bath, shower, washbasin and w.c.
Downstairs in the lounge area there is a double sofabed, 2 breakfast bar stools, TV with english channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4 C5 and 2 sports channels), DVD player with some DVDs, ceiling and standing fans. There are 2 sets of sliding patio doors out onto a large terrace with table and 6 chairs. The american style kitchen has oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, saucepans, settings for six and everything you should need for a self-catering holiday. In the downstairs shower room you will find a shower, washbasin and w.c. The apartments are cleaned for your arrival and clean sheets and towels are supplied at this time. Linen and towels are provided once per week, extra can be supplied at cost to yourselves.

The costs are for up to 2 persons, extra persons charged at �25 per person per week. �100 deposit on booking, balance due 2 months prior to start of holiday. Seperate refundable �50 security cheque required with balance.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
