linen/maid service: The property is cleaned before arrival and at cost during stay if required, bed linen, towels handtowels and t-towels are provided (beach towels not provided). Welcome pack available on request at a charge.

parasol, hose and beach box full of beach equipment.
Pool area well maintained clean with separate childrens pool.
Garage space for one vehicle, with private electric entrance.

Coast/Beach
There are a number of beaches within reach, 5 minutes by car/taxi, Las Americas / Fanabe / Del Duque.
Torviscas has inflatable climbing walls, Fanabe has soft play facilities and trampolines. All with a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
Del Duque beach is more upmarket and an ideal place to watch the sun go down.

Travel
Tenerife south airport is 15 minutes from your base, approximately 20 euro by taxi. Car hire is recommended and is easy. Owner Recommends Autoreisen.es as they are very competitive. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just 5 mins away by car.

This Appartment benefits from one of the largest pools in Tenerife,its location is on the first floor and looks directly over the pool.The pool is normally quiet as the location is on a residential complex,there are lifts but these are not required, there is a carparking space for 1 car and the garage is electrically opened and closed.The closest store is 5 mins walk and has most if not all that you need.A car is required unless you are very keen walkers.
Views are fantastic and the area is very very peaceful.
