Smartly furnished, this villa offers very comfortable and pleasant holiday accommodation. Brightly furnished and well equipped, it is located in a quiet residential area of Sueno Azul in the resort of Callao Salvaje, just 2-3 min walk from a supermarket, shops, bars and a handful of restaurants. A pebble and sand beach is about 15 min walk from here where you will find a jetty that is ideal for fishing or maybe snorkelling. A taxi rank and a bus stop are just 5 min walk away. The bustling resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are just 10 min drive from here where you will find marvellous sandy beaches and a host of other entertainments including water parks and theme parks. For golfers, both the Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 min drive away and also nearby there is a tennis and fitness club. One storey. Lounge/dining room with patio doors, British satellite TV video, DVD and CD players. Kitchen area with breakfast bar, hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, two twin bedrooms and a further shower/WC. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The swimming pool (7m x3m, depth 1.3m to 0.9m with Roman steps, heated in winter) is surrounded by spacious sun terraces. BBQ and free safe.
