Overview

Maintained to a high standard with smart modern furnishings, this is a comfortable holiday home built in traditional Spanish style with whitewashed walls throughout enhancing its light and airy feel.



It is located in the quiet residential area of Sueno Azul in the resort of Callao Salvaje, just 2-3 min walk from a supermarket, shops, bars and a handful of restaurants. A taxi rank and a bus stop are just 5 min walk away. A pebble and sand beach is about 15 min walk from here, whilst the bustling resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are just 10 min drive from here where you will find marvellous sandy beaches and a host of other entertainments including water parks and theme parks.

For golfers, both the Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 min drive away and also nearby there is a tennis and fitness club.
