Playa de las Americas self catering villa for holiday rentals. Luxury 3 bedroom villa with private pool ideal for family holidays just 10 minutes from the centre of Playa de las Americas.
This luxury villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private pool is built to a very high specification. The villa benefits from air-conditioning. As you enter the property there is a guest WC to the left. The entrance hallway then leads into a large well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and access to a Solana (external utility). The kitchen opens up into the large lounge with satellite TV, DVD player and double patio doors to the right giving access to the large patio area, private pool and dining area. The patio doors to the front of the property open onto a fully tiled patio / relaxation area with sofa and a sun terrace. On the second floor there is a very large, well appointed en-suite master bedroom with terrace and two good sized twin bedrooms. To the third floor is an impressive solarium / roof terrace for all day sun worshipping.
