Overview

Our 2 bedroom Penthouse Apartment is located in a brand new complex called Dinastia in Oasis del Sur in Los Cristianos. Only 15 minutes away from Reina Sofia airport it is situated in an upmarket area near restaurants, shops, bars and the beach is a 15 minute stroll away. The complex has two pools one adults and one childs which are heated from Nov-April. There is a very friendly pool bar with excellent meals and reasonably priced drinks.
Our apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is very spacious with marbling flooring and tiles throughout. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious with patios door leading to the upstairs balcony where the views are breathtaking. There is an en-suite off this bedroom with a jacuzzi bath, toilet, bidet etc. Downstairs there is a shower room right next to the bedroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen tvs and dvd players and the upstairs bedroom has a music system. The lounge is very large and open planned with leather sofa bed and a 42inch plasma tv, dvd player and music system. There are dvds and cds there for your usage. There is a dining area to seat 6 however both balconies have table and chairs. Off the lounge is another large balcony and both balconies have sun from 12.00 noon onwards and in the evening time you can watch the sun go down over the horizon. The kitchen if fully equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob/oven, microwave and all necessary crockery to make your stay comfortable. There is also a washing machine and safe for your documents and there are security grills on doors and windows. Bedlinen is provided together with Bath and hand towels. An english management company looks after our apt and if you have any emergencies then they are contactable. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, juice and milk is there on your arrival.

Dinastia has a wonderful friendly pool bar which provides breakfast, lunches and early evening meals at very reasonable prices. The pool bar also provides snooker tables. At the pool area there are loungers, pads and brollies charged at 1 euro each. For evening entertainment then a small stroll across the road will take you to Beverly Hills club where there is evening entertainment for children and adults. The complex has lockable secuirty gates at evening time.
