New south facing 1 bed self-catering apartment in Tenerife.Directly overlooking the sea and marina. This spacious apartment has plenty of room for 2 people with a large separate kitchen, large entrance hall with plenty of storage. The lounge has double aspect windows with panoramic sea and marina views leading onto a large 24sq m terrace. We have plasma TVs and leather suites. There are 2 heated swimming pools with plenty of sun beds on the complex. There are a good variety of restaurants and shops within the complex. A safe and extra security locks have been added for extra protection. Aguamarina apartments are wheelchair friendly, having 4 lifts and wide passage ways. Conveniently located at just 15 minutes from the airport. Perfectly situated for a large variety of activities including 2 championship golf courses, green bowls at the all weather Winter Gardens and is also only a15 minute drive from the lively resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristrianos.Nothing spoils the views to die for.

Location & area

Aquamarina Apartments, Golf Del Sur, Tenerife are in the South of the island, central to the beaches of El Medano and Los Christianos 10km. There is a regular bus service through the island where you can visit the many varied attractions that are on offer. Santa Cruz (the capital) is 65kmwhere you will find a large variety of shops. Mount Teide is a must on your visit. At sea are Whales and Dolphins, you can see from balcony, on the way to the beautiful island of La Gomera, well worth the ferry trip. There is a large commercial centre (San Blas) with its shops, bars and many restaurants with enough choice for everybody. Los Abrigos, the local fishing village is a short walk along the sea front where the restaurants sell their fresh daily catch.

This is a beautiful sea front apartment, yes it could sleep 6, but we feel for 2 people its marvellous, a holiday you won't forget with all the facilities of a 4* hotel. With plasma TVs and leather suites and all the kitchen implements you could require with lovely clean bathrooms and beautiful art with highly polished flooring with free electronic safe for your valuables. The apartment complex has a video entry system with cameras for extra security. this is not your normal apartment rental but a wonderful holiday experience. You don't need to worry ...don't say I hope it is nice........IT IS !
