The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, chair bed and a fold-up bed, enabling 4 persons to sleep comfortably. There is a large wardrobe/cupboard and chest of drawers, safe, also a ceiling fan, standing fan and sliding doors onto the balcony. The upstairs bathroom has bath, shower, washbasin and W.C.
Downstairs in the lounge area there is a double sofabed, armchair, 2 breakfast bar stools, TV with english channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5 and 2 sports channels),DVD player with some DVD's, ceiling and standing fans. There are 2 sets of french doors leading out onto a large terrace with a table and 6 chairs. The american style kitchen has oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, saucepans, settings for six and everything you should need for a self-catering holiday. In the downstairs shower room you will find a shower, washbasin and W.C.
The apartments are cleaned for your arrival and clean sheets and towels are supplied at this time. Linen and towels are provided once per week, extra's can be supplied at cost to yourselves.

The costs are for up to 2 persons, extra persons charged at £25 per person per week.
£100 deposit on booking, balance due 2 months prior to start of holiday.
Seperate refundable £50 security cheque required with balance.
