Newly refurbished, totally equipped, air-conditioned, very comfortable, all the facilities included. First floor no elevator. Excellent location within one of the best parts of the city (shopping, tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets...), in a quiet and safe area next to the famous Republica Argentina Av. and close to the historical centre.
