This apartment was just furnished with all new furniture and appliances. One bedroom apartment with double bed, bath and shower. Living room has sleeper sofa for 2 persons, 32" color TV and DVD. Dining room table with seating for 4.

There is also a sitting room just off of the living room with chairs and table. The apartment has central air conditioning and heat.

The apartment is a 20 minutes walk from the historic center of Seville, also conveniently located about 10 minutes from the train station for taking day trips. The apartment is on the first floor of the apartment building with lift. There are several tapas bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and there is a live flamenco shows just down the street.
