This apartment was just furnished with all new furniture and appliances. One bedroom apartment with double bed, bath and shower. Living room has sleeper sofa for 2 persons, 32" color TV and DVD. Dining room table with seating for 4.

Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils.

There is also a sitting room just off of the living room with chairs and table. The apartment has central air conditioning and heat.

The apartment is a 20 minutes walk from the historic center of Seville, also conveniently located about 10 minutes from the train station for taking day trips.
