Overview

This high standard apartment is located right in the heart of Seville, between the famous neighbourhoods of Alfalfa and Santa Cruz. The apartment's building was finished in March 2008; all the apartments and the common areas of the building were built with the best materials (marble, wooden floor, etc.)
This accommodation has a maximum capacity of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children; it counts with a spacious lounge with a sofa-bed (110 cm wide), a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. All the furniture is brand new and has been chosen with great care, always taking into account design and quality.
The apartment is centrally air conditioned (hot / cold); the lounge counts with a flat screen TV and a DVD player; the kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge …).
The building has a lift; you can also access the rooftop of the building if you want to enjoy the sunsets and views of Seville.
