Overview
CasaRoc is our recently renovated two bedroomed, two storey village house in Sella, known for its rock climbs, walking and mountain biking potential as well as its mountain restaurants and good food.. The land slopes steeply here and the native rock of the hillside pokes up into the house in several rooms. Our house is well equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom, a wood burning stove and a really big terrace looking over the mountains and almond terraces.
All the rooms have as much double-glazed window space as possible so the overall effect is bright and airy. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second room, downstairs, two singles. All sheets and towels are provided and changed regularly and there are no extras to payfuel and gas are included.
In the living room you'll find a TV and DVD player with a library of films and there are books, maps of the area and walking guides as well as boxed games (backgammon, chess, parchis etc) and jigsaws.
There are bikes - some brand new and rugged, others not so grand - for the use of guests.
The kitchen has a fridge -freezer, washing machine, gas hob and electric fan-oven. There's always a good supply of fresh herbs from the hillsidesespecially rosemary and thyme.
B&B guests will be able to start their day with a fresh continental breakfast served in the dining-room from 8.00 till, well, whenever you like really. Breakfast is designed to be healthy and, where possible, sourced locally; it will usually consist of:
Tea or fresh coffee, fresh orange juice, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh bread and toast, local jams, local honey, butter, boiled eggs if requested.
You are welcome to bring your pets with you and we'll try to make them comfortable too.
The area is ideal for mountain biking, rock-climbing , hill walking and chilling in the sun.
There's a two day minimum stay, charged at 150.00, then it's just 50.00 per day for the house with up to 4 people.

Location & area
The village of Sella, 16 km from the coast, lies in the shelter of the Aitana, 1557 m, and the Puig Campana, 1408m. The water is clean and pure, the people friendly and the views, across the almond terraces of the Sella valley, are spectacular.
Although Sella is small - about 600 residents - there are 6 bars and restaurants, a butcher's, shops, bakeries and a lively year round cultural life. As well as the main Fiesta (first weekend in October) there's a Semana Cultural (cultural week) in mid August with seven days of theatre, music and chidren's events. The village boasts a successful and busy orchestra.
The famous rock climbs are about 2 miles down the valley and Sella is at the centre of a network of roads and tracks, perfect for the hill walker and mountain biker.
We are 16 km from the beaches of Villajoiosa or Benidorm, 12 km from the Tierra Mitica theme park and the village is signposted from junction 66 of the A7 Mediterranean motorway, 12 km away.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
