Overview

Newly renovated Spanish village house with 2 tastefully designed rustic style self contained flats.

The house in the heart of the mountain village of Sedella and is the ideal location to explore the National Park with all that nature has to offer. And yet is only 25 km from the coast.

The first floor flat has 3 bedrooms - sleep 6 (1 double bed, 4 single beds): two of them have balconies; and 1 bathroom.
The well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar has cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and all crockery which is needed for your comfortable staying.
The dinning area and lounge are open plan with a wood burning fire for cosy evenings.
The double doors from the lounge opened out on to the terrace, where you can sit and enjoy relaxing drink.

The second floor holiday flat has 3 bedrooms sleep 6 (1double bed, 4 single beds) and has a spacious bathroom. Two of the bedrooms has balconies.
There is a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar: washing machine, fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster and all crockery, which is needed for your comfortable staying.
The dining area and lounge are open plan with a wood burning fire for cosy evenings.
From the lounge you can walk out onto spacious terrace with it's barbecue, dining table and chairs, if you choose to eat out. And for your relaxation there are sunbeds, from which you can enjoy the views across the village to the mountains.
Sedella, a typical white mountain village full of enchanting narrow streets of Arabic design, located approx. 45 km from Malaga and approx. 25 km away from the coast - also there is shorter mountain road: 15km to the beach. It has a population of about 500. Sedella offers a lot of nice bars and restaurants, also a municipal swimming pool. Close by the village there are marvelous National parks, which allows to enjoy hiking or mountain biking. Also other sport-activities like golf, water sports, horse riding, paragliding and more are possible in surrounding. You can explore the environment in the mountains and see beautiful, picturesque villages like Canillas de Aceituno, Competa... Cultural inspirations you will find in Malaga (Picasso museum,the Castle...) or also in Nerja(balcony of Europe, impressive caves...)and much more...
