For a perfect family holiday or a golfing trip to Spain look no further than Santiago de la Ribera. This small and friendly seaside resort is just minutes away from San Javier (also referred to as Murcia) airport and within easy reach from Alicante. With 340 days of sunshine every year, excellent choice of restaurants and bars, four superb golf courses on your doorstep, long stretches of sandy beaches and more shops than you could possibly fit in your holiday schedule, this place caters for everyone.

Getting there could not be easier. With Ryanair, EasyJet and British Airways flocking to Murcia, finding a bargain flight is easy. Most people rent a car and you can book yours at if you wish as we found their rates to be most competitive. Alternatively, we can organise a transport to your villa through our managing agent for a small fee (less than 10 euros).

The villa itself is built in traditional Spanish style with all the mod cons you may need to ensure your holiday is truly perfect.

So come and enjoy this beautiful place, soak up some sun, play golf, eat well and bargain hunt to your heart's content.


The villa is situated within easy stroll to Santiago de la Ribera's town centre and long sandy beaches. It backs on to a park, ideal for leisurely walks or morning jogging.

Inside, the villa is set on three levels, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The ground floor has a front porch with large oval table and six chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. Open plan living and dining room is comfortable and airy with a satellite TV and DVD player for your entertainment. There is also a separate kitchen with a built in oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and a washing machine. The back door leads on to an outdoor area with external shower unit ideal for a quick cool-down during the hot summer months.

The granite staircase leads on to the first floor where two double bedrooms are situated. All bedrooms have a built-in wardrobes with ample of storage space. The bathroom is big, with a full length bath and a built-in sink and vanity unit .

The second floor has a third double bedroom with an on suite bathroom. There is also a roof terrace with sun loungers and table ready for you to enjoy a long drink and a good book.
