Overview

Our apartment is located in the San Roque golf club resort near Sotogrande, 5 minutes from Alcaidesa beaches, between Marbella and Gibraltar in a very beautiful and peaceful location, 20 minutes from Gibraltar airport. With the cities of Seville, Jerez, Ronda, Jimena de la Frontera all within easy driving distance, it is ideally situated for exploring the culture of Andalucia.


The accommodation comprises a very spacious living room with 42" plasma tv, DVD player, surround sound system, and broadband internet access; large kitchen / dining room with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and second tv; two en-suite bedrooms with luxury marble bathrooms, guest cloakroom, storage area and secure underground parking.


The apartment benefits from a large 84m2 south west facing terrace, directly overlooking the 13th hole of the San Roque old course.


Residents are welcome to make use of the club facilities including two championship golf courses, the equestrian centre, tennis courts, pools, restaurants and bars.


This part of the Costa del Sol is less developed and more exclusive than the areas further east, but still enjoys the same 300 days of sunshine every year!

San Roque Golf is one of the most famous golf clubs in Spain. The Spanish Open is often held on the old course, while the new course presents different and less familiar challenges. Severiano Ballasteros owns a house in the resort and his brother, Vincente, is the professional at the club.




The San Roque club resort also offers bars, restaurants, golf shop, bank, tennis courts, pools and an equestrian centre.




Restaurants with indoor and alfresco dining include French, International, Spanish / tapas as well as the famous Kamakura, said to be the finest Japanese restaurant in southern Spain.
