The apartment is situated close to the 5 star Marriott and Crown Plaza hotels. It is on a secured gated development with video entry system and lifts to the apartment and underground car park. Benefits from hot and cold air-conditioning and a log fire. The apartment is furnished to a high standard.



Entertainment can be found within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The apartment is located close to San Pedro and is 40 minutes drive from Malaga and Gibraltar airports.



Suitable for people with walking difficulties as access to the apartment is from a lift. On one of the 5 pools there is a mobility hoist. The complex and surrounding area is on level ground with easy walking access to the beach.

The apartment is 3 minutes walk to a very clean and tidy beach with a direct pedestrian walkway. It has 2 very nice beach bars which also sells good food. Within a very short drive you have San Pedro with its golden sandy beaches and long promenade, you also have Puerto Banus and Marbella only a short drive away both with golden sandy beaches and vibrant ports.
