Overview

The delightful Pool area is surrounded by beautiful Landscaped Gardens, streams and ponds. 2 minute stroll through these Gardens and through private gate access takes you to the Beach, where there is a very attractive Promenade and two Chiringuitos (Beach Bars)- "Pepes" and "La Antigua", both serving a good selection of Tapas, Snacks and Meals and also the 5* Playa Bella Hotel is a short distance along the PromenadeLift access from secure underground car park direct to our property on the 2nd floor.The apartment is bright and roomy and is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The fully fitted Kitchen is complete with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. There is also a separate Utility Room which houses the washing machine.
The comfortable Lounge/Dining area is complete with a coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, and two beautiful leather sofas, one converting to a king size sofa bed.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, fitted wardrobes and a full ensuite Bathroom. The Second Bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and dressing table with a bath/shower next to it. There is a covered Terrace complete with garden furniture accessible from the Lounge for alfresco dining and overlooks the beautiful pool which is illuminated at night.
