The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated, and enjoys a wonderful log fire to make those occasional chilly winter evenings snug and cosy. Being on the ground floor it is considered particularly suitable for children and you will be able to keep an eye on them playng in the pool from your terrace just 30 meters away. There is secure underground parking with elevators to bring you up to your apartment door in style. There is a 24 hour security guard around the complex and you can control visitors to your accommodation via a video link in the kitchen.

The elderly or infirm will benefit from being able to safely and easily gain access into and out of the pool by means of a powered chair lift. Step off the terrace straight into the landscaped gardens which lead quickly to the beautiful poolside but a stone's throw away. Just beyond the pool you will find a huge jacuzzi, a new gym with saunas and racket ball courts, all of which may be used free of charge.
