Overview

This property was constructed in April 2002 and is built on the side of a small mountain. It is a small development of approx 100 villas. The villa has 3 floors and may not be suitable for guests with walking impediments. The ground and first flloors are living accommodation, the third is the roof solarium accessible from the main building via an enclosed staircase. The living accommodation has 3 double bedrooms all en-suite and 2 twin rooms sharing the 4th bathroom. There are 2 lounges with digital TV in one and a TV and DVD in the other. Both lounges have air conditioning and all rooms have ceiling fans. All windows are double glazed with security grills. The property is alarmed and there is a safe for valuables. The kitchen is well equiped and there is a washing machine in the utility area. There are sufficient sun loungers, parasols, chairs and tables in the large sun bathing area next to the unheated 8' x 4' roman pool with shower.

There is a bar/restaurant on the complex.

A car is essential for this rental.
