If you want to experience Ibiza next summer in VIP style this self catering apartment will offer everything to make your summer holiday a unique experience!
Situated in the quieter San Antonio Bay, is a stunning and luxurious apartment complex called Sa Calma. Nestling next to a beautiful sandy beach, Sa Calma has over 2 acres of tropical gardens surrounding two large swimming pools and sun terraces.
The apartment has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and a large sea view balcony/ terrace for a spectacular sunset. It is fully air-conditioned with spacious rooms full of light and funky coloured furniture.
In the lounge is a 40' plasma TV, DVD/ stereo, and Nintendo Wii.
All 3 bedrooms have twin beds which can be joined together to form double beds if req, and have plenty of wardrobe space. There are 2 showers and 1 bath finished in luxury marble.
The beach is 30 second walk away, with watersports, beach bars/ cafes, and water taxi jetty to San Antonio town

The apartment is located in San Antonio Bay, which is 20km from Ibiza Town / Airport. San Antonio is 15 minute walk, or you can catch a water taxi from the beach. These run every 30mins during the day.

Amenities & services
The apartment has flexible accommodation. The 3 double bedrooms can be configured to doubles or singles depending on our guests requirements. There is also a sofabed, which can be arranged at an additional cost.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and a patio door opening onto the balcony. It is also conveniently located next to the main bathroom.
Bedroom 2 / 3
Both are generous sized bedrooms that have twin beds which can be pushed together to form double beds if required, and both have plenty of wardrobe space.
Bathroom 1
The marble bathroom is situated in between two of the bedrooms and is fitted with a bath/shower, sink and WC.
Bathroom 2
This large second bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, sink and WC.
Lounge/Dining Room
The lounge is a great size and consists of stylish sofas (including a sofabed), coffee table, storage units and a dining table that seats six. A sliding glass door leads from this room to the outside balcony which offers you views of the stunning Mediterranean. A state of the art plasma TV, DVD/ stereo awaits your arrival.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is modern, spacious and overlooks the lounge area. It's fully fitted with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
