Every room opens onto a wrap around terrace. The private urbanization of Monte de los Almendros (Mountain of Almonds) contains a number of private villas, a community pool and tennis courts. The view from the villa is spectacular! One can sit on the terrace sipping sangria and gaze out towards the sea, an ancient Phoenician village, the beaches, mountains and a Moorish castle.
There are dozens of things to do at Casa Loma. The Costa Tropical de Granada (Tropical Coast) is a temperate tropical area with 326 days of sun annually (typically, more than the Costa del Sol). Location & area
Casa Loma is located 57 Miles (95 km) from Malaga and 39 Miles (65 km) from beautiful Granada. Located to the east of Malaga, the Costa Tropical de Granada has escaped the worst excesses of the property developers. Housing developments inspired by Andalusian village architecture are the norm rather than faceless concrete tower blocks and the tourist onslaught has been much milder. For most of the year, it's relatively free from tourists, if not from foreign expatriate residents.
A short detour from the highway brings you to the unspoiled village whose near-perpendicular streets and old white houses perch on a steep hill beneath a ruined Moorish fortress. Salobreña is picturesque in a totally natural way, providing a sample of the Andalusian pueblo atmosphere. Salobreña's 5 km of beach hosts a variety of bars and restaurants. Perhaps Salobreña's best feature is its location - situated on the edge of the sea and yet within easy access to many points of interest in southern Spain.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
