We are found at Rojales overlooking La Marquesa golf, some 12kms from Torrevieja and 25kms south of Alicante airport. The villa is only 8kms from stunning beaches at Guardamar del Segura and can be accessed easily both from Alicante airport and also Murcia airport.

Amenities & services

Accommodation is two twin rooms and a double bed settee. We have Sky TV installed which also includes the main British channels. There are large ceiling fans in the main rooms which provide good air circulation and cooling during the hottest months. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you require additional items such as a cot or highchair.
There is a large roof-top solarium which is a great outdoor room. This is equipped with loungers, chairs and a parasol to make the most of the great weather. The interior courtyard offers shade from the sun and is a fantastic area to dine al-fresco. There is a small gardened area to the front - the Villa is south facing.

We have also provided equipment for the family holiday, including a beach tent with high UV protection, buckets spades footballs and other childrens toys, together with a coolbag for snacks and drinks on the beach.
The communal pool is found only 50m from the villa. Although this is open all year (!) essential maintenance may mean that on occassions the pool might be unavailable. We cannot guarantee availability of the pool. The nearby aquapark in Quesada opens early July to mid September.

Within a few minutes walk are a number of restaurants and bars, providing quality meals. Rojales and Quesada also offer some great eating places and for those who wish to cook for themselves, there are number of supermarkets, small shops and street markets in the area from which to purchase fantastic food.
