Overview

Situated in the Atalayas De Riviera urbanisation/ complex our apartment overlooks coastline and the fantastic Miraflores golf course which is one of the most popular golf courses on the Costa del Sol. It was completed in August 2005 and has been furnished it to a very high standard in a clean, modern style as you can see from the pictures.

Situated in Riviera Del Sol, which is next to Mijas Costa in the Costa del Sol. It's only a 5-minute drive from the beach and local shops and restaurants.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all rooms are fully furnished. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people (1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room). Both bedrooms including the living room lead out to the front balcony which overlooks the pool. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge which allows for 2 more people to sleep thus enabling up to 6 people to sleep and relax in comfort.

The kitchen and utility room are fitted with a washing/dryer machine, dish washer, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer & microwave plus all the usual kitchen equipment.

The apartment is also fully equipped with Flat Sceen LCD TV, English satellite TV, DVD Player (all regions) and Surround Sound Hi-fi System and a complete WiFi Wireless Internet Access system (Supplied by Y-Internet with daily/weekly price plans)
