Overview

Brand new three bedroom two bathroom property close to Rincon de la Victoria. Furnished to the highest standards with leather sofas, tv and dvd in the lounge. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and one is ensuite. All bedrooms have louvered shuttters for the authentic Spanish feel. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a dinner party!
The lounge extends onto the patio with garden furniture for alfresco dining.
The development is wonderfully located overlooking the Anoreta Golf Course making it ideal for golfers. The development itself is secure with barriers and has mature mediterranean gardens. There is a free form swimming pool and paddle court for the more energetic.
