Overview

An stone 18th century mountain house nestled on a hill, in the Nansa river Valley, within 22 acres pinturesque property. Half way between the sea (12km) and the Picos de Europa mountain range (30 km). Many things make this carefully restored country inn a lovely place to stay, its spectacular mountain views and peaceful, friendly atmosphere...
You will find a surprise inside, such a luxury woods as chesnut, oak, elm, cypress, aromatic cedar and secuoya. The exclusive, comfortable wooden bedrooms each come with an en suite bathroom, four double rooms and two pretty suites more spacious and feature a lounge. In the ground floor the reception/boutique, a breakfast room, a wide living room with a middle stone fireplace and a library, a sunny porch and pretty gardens bordering the house. A delightful place to find in the breathtaking scenary of Cantabria and next to the well known El Soplao Cave.

The country inn is located in the Saja-Nansa Natural Park, this area is well known because of a fascinating geological cave "EL SOPLAO", considered as one of the biggest treasures of the world geology, open all the year round, situated only 5 min. from our lodging. The pre-historic Chufin Cave is also in a close village.

Another nerby attractions/services: the beach, cliffs, horseback riding, hiking trails, canoeing. The National Park Picos de Europa is 30km, the most impresive mountain range in Spain, absolutely amazing landscapes, wild nature and the Fuente Dé Cable.
