Overview

On entrance to the villa, leads into a well fitted kitchen with dish washer and granite work tops. From the kitchen you go through to the well furnished lounge/dining area with comfy sofas, coffee table, dining table and Chairs and TV stereo unit. The main feature of this room is an exceptionally high ceiling with a designer chandelier and wood burning fire place.



From the lounge leads through to the master bedroom with large en suite and french doors leading out to the main terrace. A further two double bedrooms lead off from the lounge area as well as the main bathroom.




All bedrooms have side units and fitted wardrobes and for your comfort on those hot summer days ceiling fans are fitted.

The apartment is located under the villa and access is via the pool area leading in to main lounge area with

sofa , coffee table, side unit and Tv, the double bedroom is located just of the lounge and is fitted with bedside units and a wardrobe.

Also of the lounge up 3 steps takes you into the large bathroom with wc, toilet and shower.

Both the lounge and bedroom have ceiling fans fitted.

In a separate area via the apartment entrance is a large storage area and also the main utility area with tumble dryer and washing machine.



Externally there is a large mature planted and tiled garden with external lighting with colored up lighters and a large curved tiled terrace with table and chairs with stairs leading down to the 8x4 private pool.

There is a large built in BBQ area and table & chairs, sun loungers have been provided for your use.

It is a 20 minute walk to the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club where you find a 18 hole PGA course with practice driving range and putting green, there is also a variety of quality restaurants, bars and supermarkets.



The old market town of Rojales is just 5 minutes by car and has numerous restaurants, bars etc.

The main commercial area of Quesada itself is a 8 minute drive and has a variety of shops, banks, supermarkets and numerous restaurants. It also boasts its own Aqua park so there is no need to travel far to find something to do but for your convenience we consider a car is essential.

The nearest beach is at the resort town of Guardamar where you will find 11 Km's of golden sand and warm shallow water.
