Overview

Luxury 1st floor apartment in Quesada Costa Blanca Spain with solarium and garden, sleeps 4 ,with balcony on a complex with a large pool and separate childrens pool set in landscaped gardens. Situated in a quiet area ideal for a relaxing holiday. Fully equipped luxury accommodation comprising 2 double bedrooms, large bathroom, lounge and dining area, and American style kitchen. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and the bedrooms for your comfort and also heaters in all rooms. There is a balcony with patio table & chairs where you can sit and take in the uninterrupted views of La Marquesa Golf course and the sea beyond. There is a garden with patio table and chairs with direct access to the pool and also a rooftop solarium ideal for sunbathing. There is also a safe in the apartment.
Supermarket, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and there is an Aqua Park on Quesada. There are numerous banks, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 3 minute drive away. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at Guardamar. 15 minutes to Torrevieja with its marbled promenades, marina, street markets, funfair, aqua parks and all kinds of restaurants. Benidorm with all its attractions is a 1 hour drive away.
Villa Martin with 3 championship golf courses is 20 minutes drive away and La Finca golf course is 5 minutes drive. Marquesa Golf course is 3 minutes away.
Accommodation

The lounge has 2 leather sofas, Satelite TV showing BBC 1,2,3,4,& ITV 1,2,3,4,,channels 4 & 5 ,Films, kids & Disney channel,Sc-fi,Sky News & sports channels,DVD, stereo with CD player and a selection of cd's, & DVD's. The dining area has table and chairs with seating for 4 .The Kitchen area is very spacious with ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils,iron and ironing board. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with 2 single beds and both with double wardrobes with mirror sliding doors , and bedside tables with lamps and clock radio. The large fully tiled bathroom has toilet, 2 wash handbasins and bath with fully enclosed shower over, and houses the washing machine.

Facilities

Spacious balcony at the front with patio table and chairs enabling you to eat and or relax outside whilst enjoying the views of La Marquesa Golf course and the sea beyond. There is also a rooftop solarium. The property is in a very peaceful location. The private gated swimming pools are located behind the property. There is a large pool and a safe childrens pool. The pools are surrounded by landscaped gardens, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. There are good sports facilities in Quesada including bowling, tennis, bicycle hire, an aqua park and golf. There is also a Medical Centre and chemists. The aqua park is suitable for small children as well as having rapids and slides. There are markets in Rojales, Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar weekly.
Car hire is recommend to fully enjoy the area.
La Marquesa golf course is 3 minutes away. Only 15 minutes away are the salt lakes of Torrevieja. They have National Park status and are famous for their pink Flamingos and wildlife.

Special Points

Due to fire regulations and the comfort of other guests, we request that smoking is limited to the outside balcony and garden.
The property is situated approx 25 minutes from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia, easily accessible from N332 or the AP7 motorway. Reasonable priced car can be recommended. Ryanair, Flymonarch, Easyjet, XL, Thomsonfly,BMIBaby and other low cost airlines all fly from all UK airports to Alicante & Murcia several times a day.
Bed linen and towels are provided and the apartment is fully cleaned prior to you arrival.
Please bring your own beach towels.
The front door and all windows have security grilles making the apartment secure and safe.
Booking Information
****Prices are per week for the rental of the apartment . NOT PER PERSON.**** 1st day of rental can be flexible. Weekend/short stays available.
Winter Long Lets available
50 euros cleaning and laundry charge will also apply to the rental tariff. Again this is for the apartment and not per person. This charge is payable upon leaving the apartment.
To reserve accommodation, a non refundable deposit of �50.00 per week is required. Cots and highchairs can be provided, if requested, for a small charge.
Apr - May 180 euros per week. June - August 200 euros per week. Sept - Oct 180 euros per week. Nov - March 150 euros per week.
