Overview
The lovely villa in Quesada is situated in an elevated position amid stunning scenery, next to the typically Spanish town of Rojales, La Marquesa Golf and Country Club is less than a km away, and the award winning La Finca course within easy reach.
You can be walking on El Recorral, a vast expanse of pathways across open moors and hills, within thirty seconds of leaving the villa. Only 10 minutes drive away is the coastal resort of Guardamar, which boasts a 17 km stretch of blue flag beaches, with a variety of water sports, pine forests and sand dunes.
Bustling Torrevieja is only 20 minutes away, past the salt lakes and nature reserve of La Mata. There is a huge market at Benijofar on Sunday. Ciudad Quesada, surrounded by orange and lemon groves, boasts an excellent choice of shops, restaurants, bars, banks etc.
There are also tennis courts, a bowls club and water park. Benidorm and Terra Mitica theme park can be reached in about an hour and there are ancient Spanish towns and stunning scenery to explore.There are a number of local restaurants all within a couple of kilometres from the villa - Chinese, French, pizza, Hungarian etc.
For your self-catering needs, there is a new super value supermarket at 1km next to the golf clubhouse- and a bigger Mercadona in Rojales, which is about 2 km. Bars - about 1km there is an Irish pub, golf club house, and also various others in Quesada town centre at about 4km, or Dona Pepa at 3km. There are plenty of facilities within easy reach
This 2 bedroom detached villa is set on an elevated site in a quiet private community and is furnished to a high standard throughout. The accommodation comprises a large living/dining room with fireplace, two three seater sofas and satellite television offering 34 channels. Two attractive arches lead to an open plan kitchen with granite breakfast bar; another arch takes you through to two spacious double bedrooms, with ample storage space and the bathroom. The living room and bedrooms are fitted with large ceiling fans.
Outside the front door there is a covered terrace, ideal for entertaining, which looks up onto open parkland and down onto the villa's private 8 x 4m swimming pool and large patio, which benefit from sunshine all day long. There is also a rooftop solarium with extensive views across the valley, where you can sunbathe undisturbed. The La Marquesa golf course, set in stunning surroundings, is less than a kilometre away, and the parkland on the doorstep is ideal for walking.
The rental price includes the use of the villa and all its facilities, bed linen, towels and cleaning at the end of your visit. Please bring your own towels for the beach or pool. If you are staying for longer than one week, we will change the towels and bedding midway through your stay at our expense

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
