Overview

Beautiful 3 double bedroom South facing Villa with it's own pool situated in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Fully equipped luxury accommodation comprising 3 double bedrooms, large bathroom, and bathroom en suite, lounge and dining area, and independent kitchen. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms for your comfort. At the front of the south facing property is a large sun terrace overlooking the pool, with table and 6 chairs, parasolls, BBQ and patio heater for cooler evenings. There are sun beds and reclining chairs next to the private 6x4 swimming pool. There are 2 large gates to the front with parking. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance. There is an aqua Park and numerous banks, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 3 minute drive away. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at Guardamar and 15 minutes drive to Torrevieja. Benidorm with all its attractions is a 1 hour drive away.
Villa Martin with 3 championship golf courses is 20 minutes drive away and La Finca championship golf course is a 5 minute drive. La Marquesa Golf course is 3 minutes away.

Accommodation
The Air conditioned lounge has a 3 & 2 seater sofa, fireplace, satelite TV showing English channels, BBC ITV Channel 4 & 5,Movies and Sky Sports ,kids channels , DVD player, and a selection of DVD's, books, games and double doors leading to a south facing sun room with wicker furniture which overlooks the pool and terraces. The dining area has table and chairs with seating for 6 .The Kitchen is very spacious with ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils iron and ironing board. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and one with 2 singles. All have double wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps. The master bedroom has walk in wardrobe, en-suite shower room with massage shower, vanity unit with mirror over, hair dryer and wc. The main bathroom has wc, spa bath with shower over, vanity unit and hair dryer. .
There are good sports facilities in Quesada including bowling, tennis, bicycle hire, gym, an aqua park and golf. There is also a Medical Centre and chemists. The Aqua Park is suitable for small children as well as having rapids and slides. There are markets in Rojales, Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar weekly. Go to :
