Overview

Bravo Hills occupies a vantage point at the top of Ciudad Quesada. From the large sun terrace at the top of the property there are unrivalled views of the surrounding country in all directions. Roughly 20 years old, it is one of the more mature areas in Quesada and as such it is rather less crowded and offers larger rooms than some of the more recent developments.

On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area with a double sofabed, patio doors lead to a covered porch and private gardens beyond, a second porch is located to the front – both are ideal for sitting out in the evening, or during the day, affording relaxing shade from the midday sun. The kitchen is separated from the living area by means of an arch and breakfast bar. A small utility room houses a washing machine and a small bathroom completes the ground floor.

The first floor landing leads to the large airconditioned master bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. To the rear is the second twin bedroom, also airconditioned and having its own small balcony overlooking the large water feature than runs through the middle of the planting below. Between the two bedrooms is the main bathroom.

Another large patio door leads from the master bedroom to an extensive glazed balcony and from there another flight of stairs leads up to a magnificent rooftop sun patio, offering the perfect combination of privacy and stunning views. Here you can sunbathe at any time of day, relax with a glass of wine in the quiet of evening or perhaps enjoy a barbecue.

Bravo Hills is a gated community offering you that extra bit of security. Within the complex you will find beautiful planting and manicured trees. At one end a large water feature means you're always in the gentle sound of running water, while at the other end you have the pools. Surrounded by grassed areas and seating there is a large adult pool. It is divided in two by a bridge that you can walk over or swim under. Just next to the adult pool is a paddling pool for the children. The pool is undoubtedly one of the best in Quesada.

Getting to Quesada is easy. You can fly to Alicante or to Murcia. The journey from the airport takes about 30 minutes from either one. We can arrange your transport from the airport. You can be picked up and driven to Quesada or you can have a hire car waiting for you at the airport. We can arrange a hire car in Quesada and we can get you back to the airport for the flight home. We don't have a standard changeover day so you can pick the days you want to travel (subject to availability) which means you can get cheaper flights.

Location & area

Bravo Hills is located at the highest point of Ciudad Quesada which is an 'urbanization' or residential area that was first developed in the 1970s. The nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants are about 10 minutes walk away. Dotted around Quesada you will find other small groups of shops, pubs and restaurants. About 25 mins walk away in the centre (which is acutally on the Western edge) you will find banks, a pharmacy, petrol station, and a larger selection of shops including a bodega (wine merchant) and various gift shops. Torrevieja, which is the nearest town on the coast, is about 15 minutes away by car and the beautiful beaches of Guardamar are about the same distance away

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
