This is an apartment in a large well-maintained complex in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. We have very good security including a safe. The apartment has a compact kitchen, bedroom (2 x single bed), double sofa-bed in the sitting room. Equipment includes: Linux PC with broadband connection, telephone, TV, CD/DVD player, washing machine.There is a grassed terrace area at the front, overlooking a quiet street. There is a large shared pool 3 floors above.
The beach is 7 minutes walk and the shopping centre is 6 minutes walk.
