Our (much loved) one bedroom holiday rental apartment at Las Brisas in Puerto de Mazarron has year round use of the largest communal pool in town.
From only 140 pounds sterling per week, this Costa Calida holiday rental apartment is beautifully presented to a standard far exceeding expectations for the modest rental rates.
The Las Brisas apartment complex at La Cumbre, Puerto de Mazarron`s most exlusive neighbourhood, has views across Mazarron bay, whilst our apartment enjoys uninterrupted inland mountain views.

Lounge has an extending dining table seating 4, a 2 seater and a 3 seater sofa. The television has Spanish channels, UK satellite television and radio channels.
Quality fitted kitchen with granite worktops, ceramic hob, exctractor, full size oven, microwave, toaster, full size fridge freezer, washing machine and outdoor clothes airer.
Bathroom has a full size bath with a glazed shower panel, bidet, w/c and an electric razor point
The apartment has fixed wall heaters for winter.
For summertime we have a bedroom ceiling fan and portable fans.
Portable air conditioning unit is available (supplement payable)
Bedding and towels for indoor use are supplied
You will need your own towels for outdoor use
