This brand new exclusive complex is situated in the hills above the beaches of Casares Costa near to the bustling marina of Duquesa. With a choice of a large outdoor swimming pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens and the indoor facilities which include: a large heated pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Also within the grounds is a putting green for your use.

The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the pool. The lounge is luxuriously furnished, with a large sofa, 2 armchairs and a dining table to seat 4. Patio doors lead to the terrace which benefits from the afternoon sun with superb views to the sea, golf and mountains. Enjoy a cocktail on the terrace, a sofa & chairs are provided.

The master bedroom consists of a double bed and large fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The twin bedroom has two single beds also with fitted wardrobes. There is also an additional guest WC with a large walk-in shower. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a built in microwave, a toaster, coffee percolator and all mod cons.

The complex is gated and also has secure underground parking.

Location & area

The Casares Costa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar and near to the towns of Sabinillas & Duquesa. It is on the south west coast of spain,and therefore the climate is good all year round with approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is situated on the Do'a Julia Golf Course, close to the beaches and port of Duquesa. At night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night. Next to the port is Sabinillas with its many shops,bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet the choice is yours!
