This apartment is situated in the Coto Real complex which is gated, just a 10 minute walk from the Marina at Duquesa. There is a large pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with views to the sea and mountains.

The spacious lounge is luxuriously furnished and consists of two large sofas and a dining table to seat 6. Tv & DVD with a selection of UK satellite channels. Patio doors lead to the large terrace with spectacular views down the valley to the sea, taking in the pool, grounds and local golf course on the way.

The Master bedroom has twin beds which join together to make a king size, fitted wardrobes, patio doors that lead to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is an additional guest bathroom.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances you would expect at home with a utility room for the washing machine.

The south facing terrace has been furnished with a large table with seating for 6 and a couple of sun beds. Perfect for relaxing with a cocktail and enjoying the views. There is direct access from the terrace to the grounds & pool. The pool has superb views to the sea and there is also a children's pool available.

Location & area

The Casares Costa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar and near to the towns of Sabinillas & Duquesa. It is on the south west coast of spain,and therefore the climate is good all year round with approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is situated a 10 minute walk from Duquesa Marina. A at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night. Next to the port is Sabinillas with its many shops,bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet the choice is yours!
