In a stylish low-rise complex with lovely pool and gardens. A great location, quiet yet very convenient. Only 5 minute drive from Puerto Banus

This is an immaculately furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with nice views.

The Master Bedroom is en-suite and has patio doors that lead to the terrace. The large terrace is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a leisurely drink. There is also a twin bedroom which looks out onto the generous pool and very pleasant gardens.

Air-conditioned throughout, cool for the summer and warm if ever needed in winter. There are two large sofas to relax on and watch your favourite UK shows on Sky Digital TV or perhaps play on the PS2.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the equipment you would expect including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is private parking underneath the apartment within a gated community.

Location & area

Located in this established and sought after area of Guadalmina, this apartment is spacious, newly finished and furnished. Within walking distance of all the facilities that Guadalmina has to offer including the nearby Barceló Hotel, golf courses, supermarket, shops, banks and good eateries. Within a 10 minute walk is the charming town of San Pedro, busy but unspoilt, here you will find traditional shops, sidewalk cafes and excellent tapas bars.A short walk down from the town takes you to the promenade, the beaches and several more restaurants and chiringuitos (beach bars).



A short drive will take you to the millionaire playground that is Puerto Banus, this is the place to be pampered and see the fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. Try the nightlife at a choice of alfesco bars, piano clubs and nightclubs whilst during the day this is aldso a shoppers paradise with several of the worlds renowned fashion houses.



Fashionable Marbella is a 15 minute drive away with its great shopping and restaurants and the narrow streets of the historical Old Town. The beaches are excellent and the promenade stretches for miles where there also many good places to eat, drink and linger a while.



Other places of interest within easy striking distance include: Estepona, Ronda, Benahavís, Mijas, Gibraltar and many of "the white villages".



Andalucia cries out to be explored with its rolling countryside, olive and citrus groves, mountains and Europe's most Southerly snow ski resort in the Sierra Nevada, less than 2 hours drive away. Add to this historic cities like Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz and so many more, plus the Mediterranean and Atlantic beaches and you will need to visit more than once!



Golfers are spoilt for choice - with some 60 courses to choose from. Other sports and recreational pursuits are equally well catered for - or just relax with a glass of Rioja, enjoy the climate all year round and watch the world stroll by.



Malaga and Gibraltar airports are both about 40 minutes East or West via the magnificent Mediterranean motorway
